Welcome to CCC Members - CCCM. By requesting access to or using this site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.

1. What CCCM is (and isn’t)

CCCM is an independent, member-run online community for people affiliated with the club. CCCM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the club or its management. We do not use the club’s full name, logo, or likeness, and nothing here represents the club or its board, committees, or staff. Views posted here are those of individual members, not the club or CCCM’s moderators.

The club’s bylaws still apply to you here. CCCM is independent of the club — you are not. The club’s social media policy (§17.25) holds members to the same standards of decorum and good conduct online as in the clubhouse, and makes content that reflects poorly on the club grounds for club discipline. Posting on an unofficial site does not shield you from that. The club’s enforcement rules (§12.1) count obscene, insulting or demeaning language aimed at a person — and disruption of club harmony leading to the discomfort or embarrassment of others — as violations. Post accordingly.

2. Who can join

Access is by request and limited to current members of the club. We do our best to verify membership before admission to CCCM. You must use your real name as it appears in the directory. One account per person. Don’t share your account or let anyone else use it.

3. How to behave

  • Be civil. Disagree with ideas, not people. No harassment, insults, or pile-ons.
  • No politics or religion.
  • Keep club governance off this site.
  • Be kind when mentioning staff. They make their best efforts and deserve our respect.
  • Never bring complaints about club employees here. Club bylaws require that complaints concerning employees go only to the General Manager (§17.11), and that member grievances be submitted in writing and held in strictest confidence (§17.10). A public thread is neither. Take it to the GM — moderators will remove employee complaints on sight.
  • Complaints about other members go to the Board, not to a thread. Club Rules (§1.10) require that complaints about club management, or against the conduct of any member, be made in writing to the Board of Governors and signed. And don’t police each other here — a member is not to approach another member to enforce the Rules (§1.9); report violations to the General Manager instead.
  • Don’t take club matters to the press. Only the club President and General Manager are authorized to speak to media about club affairs (§17.21). Don’t relay anything you read here to reporters.
  • Respect privacy. What’s posted here stays here. No screenshots, no forwarding member contact info, no reposting content to outside groups.
  • Never post the club directory or member lists. Club bylaws (§17.15) forbid disclosing the membership directory or any membership list to a non-member, and forbid using directory information for solicitations or business purposes. Don’t paste directory data into posts, and don’t use it to source buyers or sellers for classifieds.

4. Classifieds

The classifieds area lets members list personal property to buy, sell, or trade. Important terms:

  • Prohibited items: firearms and ammunition, alcohol, tobacco and nicotine products, prescription drugs, and anything whose person-to-person sale requires a license. Tickets to outside events are fine if they are genuinely transferable — confirming that is the seller’s responsibility.
  • Tournament tickets — know which kind you’re holding. The credentials the club issues you for its PGA Tour event — your member credential, plus spouse and youth credentials — are non-transferable and remain club property. Club Rules (§10.4–10.5) make selling, trading, transferring, or duplicating them grounds for immediate confiscation and removal from the property. Never list those.
Tickets you bought — suites, hospitality, additional badges — are yours, and may be sold or transferred here.
The test is simple: issued to you because you’re a member = can’t sell it. Paid for = your call.
  • No club memberships. Do not list, offer, solicit, or advertise the sale or transfer of a club membership anywhere on this site. Club bylaws (§17.8) strictly prohibit using websites or other media to publicly solicit the sale or transfer of a membership — doing so can void the transfer and result in termination of the membership and forfeiture of all rights in it. Membership transfers go through the club, not through us.
  • CCCM is not a party to any transaction. All deals are strictly between the buyer and seller, arranged and completed off-platform. We don’t process payments, ship goods, verify item condition, or mediate disputes.
  • No warranties. Items are offered as-is. You are responsible for evaluating what you buy and complying with all applicable laws and taxes.
  • You assume all risk. CCCM, its moderators, and its operators have no liability for any transaction, item, payment, or interaction between members.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant CCCM a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site. You’re responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it. Moderators may edit, move, or remove any content, and may close accounts, at their discretion — including without notice.

6. Moderation

Moderators have final say on content and conduct. The typical path is warn → mute → remove, but moderators may act immediately when warranted. Moderator decisions aren’t up for debate in public threads. If you have a concern, contact a moderator directly.

7. Ending access

Your access ends when your affiliation with the club ends. Moderators may suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CCCM is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CCCM, its moderators, and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, from any content, or from any transaction or interaction between members.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
